Kyle Cain, President of Sprint Sand & Clay
Kyle Cain is the President of Sprint Sand & Clay, a company that produces quality sand, topsoil, fill dirt, select fill, mulch and other construction and landscape materials. In his duties, Kyle is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Sprint Sand & Clay, managing over 140 employees. He joined the Sprint Companies in 1994, and has held various positions including General Manager of the Sprint Fort Bend County Landfill and Sprint Sand & Clay.
Kyle has extensive experience in soil testing and ASTM standards as well as in solid waste landfill liner installations. He is also knowledgeable in soil exploration, commercial and residential building pads, levee construction and dewatering systems including wellpointing and open ditch trench methods.
Kyle is currently a member of the Houston Contractors Association and the Greater Houston Builders Association, where he serves on multiple committees.
In 1990, Kyle received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He also holds an Associates of Art degree from Western Texas College. In addition to his degrees, Kyle holds Class A, B and C Solid Waste licenses.
